Pakistan Reaffirms Support for Palestine on Solidarity Day

Islamabad (The COW News Digital) Pakistan, along with nations worldwide, marked Palestine Solidarity Day today with rallies, demonstrations, and public gatherings aimed at highlighting the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Gaza caused by Israeli military operations.

In messages released on the occasion, President Arif Alvi and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif reaffirmed Pakistan’s unwavering support for the Palestinian people, emphasizing the country’s commitment to their political, diplomatic, humanitarian, and moral backing.

President Alvi stated that Pakistan has consistently played a constructive role in efforts to achieve peace in Gaza, expressing hope that global and regional initiatives would help end the unimaginable suffering inflicted upon the Palestinian population by Israeli actions. “Pakistan will continue to support Palestinians in every possible way, and we remain committed to promoting peace, justice, and human dignity in the region,” he said.

Prime Minister Sharif underlined the necessity of Israel’s complete withdrawal from Palestinian territories, stressing that accountability for war crimes and systematic acts of violence must be pursued in accordance with international law.
