RAWALPINDI (The COW News Digital) Pakistan’s military has issued a strong warning to India, vowing a swift and decisive response in the event of any new military adventurism. The statement from the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) came in reaction to what it described as “provocative and irresponsible” remarks by Indian security officials.

According to the ISPR, recent statements by Indian defense leaders were not only misleading but also dangerously incendiary. The military spokesperson said such rhetoric amounts to preparing pretexts for aggression and risks destabilizing peace and security across South Asia.

“Pakistan will not hesitate to respond, and this time the response will be faster, more decisive, and devastating,” the ISPR declared. It further warned that any fresh confrontation could result in catastrophic consequences for both nuclear-armed neighbors.

The statement reminded India of the downing of its aircraft in previous skirmishes and cautioned that Pakistan possesses long-range strike capabilities capable of targeting deep within enemy territory. It emphasized that Pakistan’s armed forces and the nation are fully prepared to defend against any aggression, with the capacity to strike “the farthest corners of the enemy’s land.”

“India must remember the wreckage of its aircraft and Pakistan’s long-range precision weapons. Should it attempt misadventure again, the outcome will be even more decisive,” the military spokesperson said.

The ISPR also accused India of attempting to portray itself as a victim while simultaneously fueling terrorism and instability in the region. “The world now recognizes India’s role as a destabilizing force and as the epicenter of cross-border terrorism,” the statement added.

Pakistan’s warning underscored the risk of escalation following provocative comments made by Indian defense and military leaders in recent weeks. It noted that earlier this year, Indian aggression had brought the two countries close to a large-scale confrontation, highlighting the fragility of peace in the region.

Analysts warn that such exchanges heighten the danger of miscalculation between two nuclear-armed rivals. While both governments often use strong rhetoric for domestic and political audiences, the ISPR’s latest statement signals Islamabad’s determination to deter any fresh hostilities with overwhelming force.

For now, the message from Pakistan is clear: any Indian adventurism will be met with an immediate, resolute, and destructive response, leaving no room for ambiguity.
