Pakistan Warns India: “No One Can Stop Us if Provoked” – Information Minister

Federal Minister Ataullah Tarar emphasizes Pakistan’s readiness to defend itself and criticizes India’s actions over the Pahalgam incident.

Pakistan’s Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Ataullah Tarar, has strongly warned India not to underestimate Pakistan’s capacity to protect itself. He declared that any future aggression by India would face a far more decisive response than before.

Speaking on the Center Stage program, Tarar said, “If India attempts to stop our water, we will respond with full force. Last time, we sent them away after offering them tea, but this time, they will face ‘Mar Fantastic’—not ‘Tea Fantastic’.”

The minister was responding to questions about the recent tensions following the Pahalgam incident. Tarar emphasized that Pakistan is ready to engage with international stakeholders to investigate the incident impartially. “Voices are rising against the incident within India itself, and India’s propaganda has collapsed,” he said, referring to claims by Indian journalists that their narrative was not being taken seriously. He also criticized India for circulating a fake video of a navy officer’s alleged involvement in the incident.

Tarar highlighted that India’s unsubstantiated accusations against Pakistan and its attempts to terminate the Indus Water Treaty are part of a broader plan. “This incident is a result of India’s intelligence failure,” he added, pointing out that Pakistan had been in communication with its friendly countries regarding the issue.

The information minister also warned India against pursuing any further unilateral decisions, asserting, “India can go to any international forum, but their case will be rejected. It will bring them embarrassment, as their decision is childish and politically motivated.”

Tarar reiterated that Pakistan stands united, with the entire nation and military ready to defend the country’s sovereignty. “Right now, we are all Pakistanis, not members of any political party. We are united, and no force can stop us if we stand together,” he said. He also emphasized that all options, including military responses, are available to Pakistan should India take any aggressive actions.

Further addressing the situation, Tarar remarked, “India cannot unilaterally terminate agreements, and we will not let them achieve their goals through fabricated incidents like the Pahalgam issue. The proof is evident in the case of Kulbhushan Jadhav, who was caught in Pakistan for conducting terrorism—this is state-sponsored terrorism.”

He also criticized Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying, “Modi, who was once denied a visa, is now free to travel the world, even as India continues to sponsor terrorism and then tries to play the victim.”

On the broader implications of India’s actions, Tarar pointed out that evidence of India’s involvement in terrorism is not only a threat to Pakistan but to global peace. He specifically referenced the Sikh killings, with evidence reportedly held by Canada and other countries.

Regarding recent actions, Tarar mentioned that Pakistan had taken significant measures, including closing its airspace and banning Indian trade and products. “This will cause substantial damage to India’s economy,” he said.

When asked about India’s claims on water, Tarar sarcastically responded, “The ones who were supposed to block water have now started releasing it. How did this reversal happen?”

The comments underscore Pakistan’s strong stance on defending its territorial integrity and regional security while calling for a fair and transparent international investigation into the ongoing dispute with India.
