According to international media reports, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun made the remarks during a regular media briefing in Beijing. He stated that China’s stance on the Ukraine crisis has been clear and consistent from the outset, stressing that Beijing has always supported ending conflicts through political means and constructive dialogue.
