Indonesia(The COW News Digital )Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto is set to arrive in Pakistan today for a two-day official visit, marking a significant milestone in the diplomatic relations between the two countries. The visit comes as Pakistan and Indonesia celebrate 75 years of bilateral ties.
According to a spokesperson from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, President Subianto’s visit is at the invitation of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. During the visit, the Indonesian president will hold delegation-level talks with Prime Minister Sharif, focusing on strengthening cooperation across multiple sectors.

Key areas of discussion during the visit are expected to include trade, investment, defense, healthcare, information technology, climate initiatives, education, and cultural exchanges. Both countries are also anticipated to sign several memoranda of understanding (MoUs) to formalize cooperation in these sectors.
Officials highlight that the visit is a reflection of the strong historical and cultural ties shared by Pakistan and Indonesia. The two nations have maintained a longstanding partnership, collaborating on economic, defense, and social development fronts over the decades.
