Islamabad (The Cow News) The estate of pop icon Michael Jackson is once again facing legal challenges as a group of individuals has filed a lawsuit alleging child exploitation and sexual abuse. The plaintiffs are seeking over $200 million in damages, claiming the incidents spanned multiple years across different countries.

According to court filings, the lawsuit was filed by siblings Edward, Dominic, Mary Nicole, and Aldo Cashcho, who allege that Jackson used his influence to mentally manipulate and exploit them during their childhood. Some of the alleged incidents reportedly occurred when the plaintiffs were as young as seven or eight years old.

The plaintiffs claim that their initial contact with Jackson occurred through their father, who worked at a hotel where the singer frequently stayed. They further allege that some incidents took place even when Jackson visited their homes with his own children.

Representing the Jackson estate, attorney Marty Singer strongly denied all allegations, calling them baseless and a financially motivated attempt to extort the estate. Singer pointed out that the Cashcho family had publicly supported Jackson’s innocence for over two decades and only now made these claims in an effort to secure a substantial payout.

Singer added that the plaintiffs had previously threatened to go public with allegations if they were not compensated financially. The current lawsuit demands more than $200 million in compensatory and punitive damages. The next court hearing is scheduled for March 5, 2026.

The case highlights the continued legal scrutiny surrounding Jackson’s legacy, even years after his death. Jackson’s estate has consistently defended his reputation against similar claims, emphasizing his philanthropic work and cultural contributions.

Legal analysts suggest that while the allegations are serious, the history of similar lawsuits that failed to result in convictions may influence the proceedings. Nonetheless, the high-profile nature of the case is expected to draw significant public and media attention worldwide.

As the court prepares to hear the arguments, the Jackson estate maintains that all allegations are without merit and intends to vigorously defend against the claims.
