Islamabad( The COW News Digital)The HUM Awards 2025, held on Saturday night in Houston, were a celebration of talent, creativity, and the vibrant spirit of Pakistani entertainment. But as always, it wasn’t just about who took home the trophies — it was also about who ruled the red carpet. From classic elegance to bold modern glamour, Pakistan’s biggest stars brought their A-game to fashion’s biggest night.

Mawra Hocane set the tone with a fiery statement. Draped in a flowing red gown by Gemy Maalouf, she was the embodiment of sophistication. The gown stood out not for excessive sparkle, but for its impeccable cut and movement. Hocane’s softly styled hair and subtle makeup — particularly her choice of a nude lip over the predictable red — added a touch of refined restraint that made her look effortlessly chic.

Next up, Dananeer Mobeen, who stole hearts with her ethereal “ice queen” look. Wearing an icy blue gown by Ahmed Manan, she exuded a fairytale-like grace. The corseted bodice and asymmetrical skirt brought a modern twist to classic glamour. With minimal jewelry and understated makeup, Mobeen proved that simplicity can be breathtaking when styled with confidence. It was a major evolution from her previous award-show appearances — a glow-up that didn’t go unnoticed.

Hania Aamir, known for her fearless fashion choices, ditched the traditional gowns entirely. She opted instead for a blue velvet ensemble by Mihha — a sleeveless kameez paired with bell-bottom trousers and a thin dupatta. What could have been a casual look on anyone else turned into a fashion statement on Aamir. Her confidence, coupled with her signature rosy makeup and striking earrings by Sherezad Jewellery, made her one of the best-dressed stars of the night.

Rounding out the evening’s highlights was Mahira Khan, who proved yet again that timeless style never fades. Dressed in an elegant white sari by Iqbal Hussain, heavily embroidered with silver detailing, Khan radiated old-world charm. A pop of color came from her emerald choker by Sherezad Jewellery, while her smokey eyes and neatly tied bun added an aura of grace befitting a true diva.

The HUM Awards red carpet reminded everyone that fashion and film go hand in hand — and this year, Pakistan’s stars didn’t just attend the show, they owned it.
