Geneva(The COW News Digital)During the second round of Iran-U.S. nuclear talks mediated by Oman, Iran and the United States have reportedly reached a consensus on fundamental principles, marking a significant step in efforts to revive the 2015 nuclear framework.
Speaking to the media at the conclusion of the indirect negotiations, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi confirmed that both sides have agreed on key guidelines that could underpin a future agreement. While he cautioned that a finalized deal is not imminent, Araghchi emphasized that practical steps have begun, including drafting and exchanging documentation outlining potential terms.
“The work on possible agreement documents is underway, and both parties will exchange drafts soon,” Araghchi said.
