National ( The cow news digital ) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan has stated that Kashmir remains the jugular vein of Pakistan and cannot be treated like Lahore or Kashmore, highlighting the need for genuine democratic processes in the region.

Speaking to media representatives near Adiala Jail, the PTI Chairman recalled his party’s decision to boycott the Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Legislative Assembly elections. He noted that PTI had urged authorities to create a conducive environment prior to the polls, emphasizing that only free and fair elections can move the country forward.

Criticizing both major ruling parties for escalating political tensions through point-scoring, Barrister Gohar stated that current regional dynamics require political maturity rather than partisan confrontation.

Addressing legal actions against party members, he commented on the FIR registered against Noreen Niazi, remarking that registering cases against political figures does not resolve underlying issues. He clarified that Noreen Niazi’s recent remarks reflected her personal opinion, for which clarification had already been provided.

The PTI Chairman concluded by asserting that allowing access and holding direct meetings with the PTI founder remains the key to resolving political instability.
