Mumbai (The COW News Digital) Mumbai police have obtained images of suspects following a shooting incident involving Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff’s vehicle in the Juhu area, as investigators continue efforts to establish the circumstances surrounding the attack.
According to Indian media reports, CCTV footage captured two suspects approaching the vicinity of the actor’s residence. Police are examining the footage and other evidence to identify those involved and determine their movements before and after the incident.
Reports suggest that three individuals may have been involved in the shooting. The suspects allegedly abandoned their motorcycles near Andheri railway station before fleeing the scene. Police have taken the motorcycles into custody and launched an investigation to establish whether the vehicles were used in the attack.
The incident reportedly took place on October 18 in Mumbai’s Juhu neighbourhood. Tiger Shroff remained safe during the shooting, although his driver sustained injuries, according to Indian media reports.
Following the incident, Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde also visited the actor’s residence to meet him. The visit came as the shooting attracted widespread attention and police continued their investigation.
In a further development, Kota police reportedly arrested three suspects identified as Phool Singh, Hrithik Kumar, also known as Roshan, and Rehan. According to media reports, the arrested individuals are from the Indian states of Haryana and Bihar.
Investigators are expected to examine the suspects’ possible connections to the shooting and establish their respective roles in the incident. Further details about the arrests and the evidence collected during the investigation have not been independently confirmed.
The case has also drawn attention after the Lawrence Bishnoi gang reportedly claimed responsibility for the attack through social media within hours of the shooting. Authorities will need to establish the authenticity of the claim and determine whether those arrested have any links to the group.
Police are continuing to review CCTV footage, examine the recovered motorcycles and gather evidence to reconstruct the events surrounding the shooting.
