Gold Prices Rise by Rs 1,700 Per Tola in Pakistan

National ( The cow news digital ) KARACHI: Gold prices in Pakistan recorded a fresh increase on Monday, surging by Rs 1,700 per tola following a bullish trend in the international market.

According to figures released by the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association (APGJA), the price of 24-karat gold rose by Rs 1,700 to reach Rs 428,436 per tola across the country.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs 1,457, settling at Rs 367,314.

The upward trend in the local market reflects developments in the global bullion market, where the price of gold per ounce surged by $17 to trade at $4,060.
