Addressing questions regarding the shooting locations and his personal perspective on the neighboring nation, Deol clarified that the movie was filmed entirely in India. Reflecting on the shared history, the actor invoked his late father, legendary actor Dharmendra, stating: “If India is my mother, Pakistan is my mother’s sister (aunt). In one way or another, we remain deeply connected.”
