Islamabad: The Prime Minister engaged in a series of high-level meetings with international leaders, including United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, focusing on strengthening diplomatic ties and exploring avenues for cooperation on global and regional issues.
During the discussions with UN Secretary-General Guterres, topics included sustainable development, climate change, and humanitarian initiatives, with both parties emphasizing the importance of multilateral collaboration to address pressing global challenges. The Prime Minister highlighted Pakistan’s commitment to supporting UN-led initiatives and enhancing its role in international peace and development efforts.
In talks with President Erdoğan, the leaders explored bilateral trade, economic partnerships, and strategic collaboration in sectors such as energy, infrastructure, and defense. Both sides expressed a shared commitment to deepening ties and promoting regional stability.
