National ( The cow news digital ) Aleema Khan, the sister of former Prime Minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan, has claimed that her brother would rather remain in prison than compromise on his political principles or bow before the government.

Addressing party workers in Timergara, Aleema Khan said Imran Khan had never sought negotiations with the government out of desperation and had remained firm on his political stance despite his continued incarceration.

According to her, the PTI founder believes that maintaining his principles is more important than securing personal relief. She claimed he was prepared to spend more time behind bars rather than accept any arrangement that would require him to abandon his position.

Calling on party supporters to intensify their efforts, Aleema Khan urged workers to prepare for what she described as the next phase of the party’s political movement. She appealed to supporters to leave their homes, remain united, and organize themselves for future protests and political activities aimed at securing Imran Khan’s release.

During her speech, she also expressed concern over Pakistan’s overall political and economic situation. She said the country was facing rising inflation, growing insecurity, and uncertainty, while raising questions about the functioning of the justice system.

Aleema Khan argued that the current circumstances required greater political participation from PTI supporters and emphasized the importance of maintaining party unity during what she described as a critical period.

Her remarks come as PTI continues to campaign for the release of its jailed founder and seeks to mobilize supporters across different parts of the country. The party has repeatedly maintained that its leadership remains committed to pursuing its objectives through political and legal means.
