National ( The cow news digital ) Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry has dismissed speculation regarding a potential political alliance between the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), asserting that the federal governing coalition faces no threat of instability.
Speaking on Geo News’ program Aaj Shahzeb Khanzada Kay Sath, Chaudhry stated that predictions of government collapse mid-term are routine political noise. He emphasized that the ruling coalition will complete its full five-year constitutional term, noting that maintaining political stability remains essential for the country’s economic and administrative systems.
Addressing statements made by the sons of incarcerated PTI founder Imran Khan regarding their expired Pakistani identity cards, the minister refuted the claims. Chaudhry clarified that they can travel using digital identity credentials and offered government facilitation to arrange a meeting with their father should they choose to visit Pakistan.
Critiquing the main opposition party’s strategy, the state minister remarked that PTI leadership has consistently failed to adopt a practical political approach. He argued that after exhausting various movement strategies and political maneuvers without success, the opposition is now relying solely on emotional appeals to maintain public relevance.
