National ( The cow news digital ) Senior Pakistani government official and Prime Minister’s aide Rana Sanaullah has alleged that a banned action committee is receiving foreign funding and has made controversial demands regarding the constitutional status of Pakistan’s affiliation.
In an interview on a local television program, Rana Sanaullah stated that while peaceful protest and democratic long marches are legitimate rights, any attempt involving armed force or violent takeover of Muzaffarabad would not be tolerated by the state.
He emphasized that Pakistan has a long history of sacrifices for national stability and said such achievements cannot be compromised at the request of any group or committee. According to him, the government has made multiple offers for dialogue and resolution, but the group in question repeatedly rejected them.
Rana Sanaullah further claimed that the outlawed Joint Awami Action Committee has received external financial and logistical support from foreign elements. He alleged that the committee initially did not raise certain constitutional demands, but later shifted its stance to include more controversial conditions.
Among the claims, he stated that the group demanded changes related to oath-taking provisions of its members, including what he described as an attempt to alter the legal wording concerning Pakistan’s constitutional association.
The remarks were made during an appearance on a current affairs talk show where national security, governance challenges, and regional tensions were discussed in detail.
Reiterating the government’s position, Rana Sanaullah said the state would continue to allow peaceful political activity within the framework of the constitution, but would respond firmly to any actions seen as undermining national sovereignty or attempting to impose demands through force.

He also maintained that the government remains open to dialogue, provided it is conducted within constitutional limits and without preconditions that challenge the state’s authority or territorial integrity.
