Religious leader Sheikh Ravil Gaynutdin was set to lead the main prayer gathering, with authorities implementing comprehensive security measures to manage large crowds.

Additional prayer spaces were arranged throughout the city to accommodate worshippers, and special arrangements were made to ensure accessibility and safety. Local media also planned to broadcast the central Eid gathering to allow wider participation.
