World ( The cow news digital ) A US-based Guinness World Record holder has set another unusual achievement by wearing 32 T-shirts in just one minute, adding to his list of extraordinary records.
David Rush, a serial record breaker from Idaho, is known for attempting and achieving multiple Guinness World Records involving speed and endurance challenges. His latest feat adds to a long list of quirky accomplishments, including records for wearing multiple T-shirts in 30 seconds and rapidly putting on 10 shirts.
In this latest challenge, Rush attempted the record for the most T-shirts worn by an individual in one minute. He successfully managed to stack 32 shirts within the time limit, securing yet another official record.
Rush explained that while the challenge may appear simple, it becomes increasingly difficult as more layers are added. He described how movement becomes restricted after the first several shirts, making the task progressively harder with each additional layer.
He noted that after the tenth shirt, the real struggle begins, as the body becomes tightly restricted and arm movement is significantly reduced. According to him, it feels like “wrestling with a straitjacket” as each new layer limits mobility even further.
Despite its unusual nature, such record attempts require careful technique, timing, and physical endurance, as even minor delays can result in failure to meet the strict one-minute deadline.
David Rush continues to pursue multiple Guinness World Records as part of his effort to promote STEM education and demonstrate the limits of human performance in unconventional challenges.
His latest achievement has once again drawn attention on social media, where users reacted with a mix of amusement and admiration at the unusual nature of the record.
