World ( The cow news digital ) Bollywood star Aamir Khan is reportedly planning an ambitious luxury residential project designed to bring his extended family under one roof in Mumbai’s upscale Pali Hill neighborhood.
According to Indian media reports, the actor has decided to redevelop two residential properties—Bella Vista and Marina Apartments—into a single, expansive sky villa. The project is expected to combine multiple apartments into a modern family residence featuring private living spaces alongside shared areas for family gatherings and celebrations.
Reports suggest that Aamir Khan, who already owns several apartments in Bella Vista, is preparing to invest approximately ₹100 crore in the redevelopment. The proposed residence is expected to offer spacious accommodation for several members of his family while maintaining privacy through individually designated living areas.
The development plans reportedly include a dedicated entertainment floor equipped for recreational activities, while another floor has been reserved for Aamir’s son, Junaid Khan. Media reports also claim that Aamir is expected to occupy two floors with his wife, Gauri Spratt, and her son once construction is completed.
In addition to the actor’s immediate family, separate apartments within the same residential complex are reportedly being planned for his mother, Zeenat Hussain, his sisters Nikhat Khan and Farhat Khan Dutta, as well as his former wife, Kiran Rao, and their son, Azad.
The project reflects Aamir Khan’s reported vision of keeping close family members within the same residential community while allowing each household to maintain its own independent living space.
Until the redevelopment is complete, the actor has reportedly shifted to a temporary apartment near Pali Hill. Construction timelines for the project have not been officially disclosed.
