World ( The cow news digital ) Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) spokesperson, General Hossein Mohebbi, claimed that over 200 US military personnel have been killed in Iranian retaliatory strikes following alleged violations of the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding, with the number of injured reported to be significantly higher.
In an interview with an Iranian news agency, General Mohebbi dismissed official casualty figures provided by Washington as completely false. He asserted that Iranian strikes successfully targeted eight US military installations across the region, destroying 20 protective shelters at a single location.
General Mohebbi urged the US government to allow journalists access to the damaged military centers so independent observers could assess the scale of US casualties firsthand.
The IRGC spokesperson further claimed that Iranian forces destroyed 11 US warplanes and helicopters grounded at regional bases over a two-week period. According to Mohebbi, the destroyed aircraft included an F-15 fighter jet stationed inside a protective shelter, a P-8 maritime surveillance aircraft, a C-17 military transport plane, and eight aerial refueling tankers. He added that 17 reconnaissance and operational drones, including eight newly deployed units, were also eliminated in the operations.
In a separate statement, the Revolutionary Guards issued a stern warning to Israel against re-entering the conflict. The IRGC cautioned that should Israel decide to join the military engagement again, it must prepare for catastrophic consequences, emphasizing that Tehran’s focus remains fully directed toward responding to any potential escalation.
