Islamabad (The COW News Digital) Popular Pakistani TikToker Mr Patlu has secured major legal relief from the Islamabad High Court, which granted him protective bail and directed him to approach the relevant court by November 10, 2026.

Chief Justice Sardar Sarfaraz Dogar approved the protective bail during the hearing. Mr Patlu appeared before the court in a wheelchair alongside his lawyer, Barrister Qasim Nawaz, as his legal team presented arguments seeking protection from possible arrest.

The court’s decision provides temporary relief to the social media personality amid ongoing legal proceedings connected to a Mehndi ceremony.

During the hearing, the Islamabad High Court considered the defence’s request for protective bail. Chief Justice Sardar Sarfaraz Dogar subsequently granted the relief and instructed Mr Patlu to appear before the relevant court within the specified period.

The direction requires the TikToker to approach the appropriate judicial forum by November 10. The protective bail does not mean that the underlying case has been dismissed, and further proceedings are expected before the relevant court.

Mr Patlu’s appearance in a wheelchair alongside his counsel was a notable aspect of the hearing.

Barrister Qasim Nawaz argued before the court that the Mehndi ceremony associated with the case had been organised after obtaining the necessary No Objection Certificate (NOC).

According to the defence, the event had received official permission, while maintaining law and order was the responsibility of the relevant administration.

The lawyer further maintained that Mr Patlu was not present at the location when the incident took place. He claimed that his client was instead receiving medical treatment in hospital at the time.

The defence presented these arguments to support its request for protective bail, questioning the circumstances in which Mr Patlu had become involved in the legal proceedings.

The claims made by the lawyer were part of the defence’s submissions during the court hearing.

Barrister Qasim Nawaz also expressed concerns about the safety of his client, raising the possibility that Mr Patlu could be targeted in a purported police encounter involving the Crime Control Department (CCD).

The lawyer conveyed apprehensions regarding potential action against the TikToker and sought legal protection through the court.

These concerns were raised by the defence during the proceedings and have not been independently established.

The request for protective bail was therefore presented in the context of both the ongoing legal case and the concerns expressed by Mr Patlu’s legal team.

The Islamabad High Court’s decision has provided Mr Patlu with temporary legal relief. The court directed him to approach the relevant court by November 10, 2026, to pursue the next stage of the legal process.

The case has attracted public attention due to Mr Patlu’s popularity on social media and the circumstances surrounding the Mehndi ceremony.

The arguments presented by Barrister Qasim Nawaz focused on the event’s reported permission, Mr Patlu’s alleged absence from the location and concerns about his safety.

The next proceedings before the relevant court are expected to determine the subsequent legal developments in the matter.

For now, the protective bail granted by the Islamabad High Court marks a significant development in Mr Patlu’s case, while the final outcome remains subject to further judicial proceedings.
