Islamabad(The COW News Digital)Negotiations between the International Cricket Council (ICC), Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), and Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) over Pakistan’s potential boycott of its T20 World Cup match against India have concluded, raising expectations of a major breakthrough within the next 24 hours.
