Karachi(The COW News Digital)Pakistani actress Momina Iqbal has announced that she may release all alleged evidence related to her harassment case on social media, following concerns over the suspension of PML-N MPA Saqib Chadhar.
In an Instagram Story, Iqbal expressed dissatisfaction over the decision not to suspend the lawmaker and reiterated her demand that he be removed from his position while the matter is investigated.
The actress alleged that she had been requesting the authorities from the outset to suspend Saqib Chadhar so that he could not allegedly use his official position, resources or influence against her.
Iqbal further alleged that the MPA had misused his authority and claimed that individuals were allegedly sent to her residence. She also raised questions about the investigation into the case and expressed reservations about the manner in which the inquiry was conducted.
According to Iqbal, she believes that adequate investigation was not carried out with the individual whom she has accused of harassment and his wife. She questioned the process and called for a more thorough examination of the allegations.
The actress made it clear that she does not intend to withdraw from the matter. She said that if necessary, she would make all the evidence in her possession public through social media.
