Islamabad braces for the inflow of the PTI protesters as the convoy led by KP CM Ali Amin Gandapur has crossed the Hazara Interchange and is heading towards the federal capital.
PTI founder Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi is also accompanying the convoy.
Meanwhile, shelling was reported at Pathargarh as the PTI protesters who reached this point ahead of the convoy clashed with police and removed the obstacles placed to stop them.
However, the speed of the convoy is very slow and obstacles may further delay its arrival.
It is being reported that the number of protesters is lesser than those who joined PTI’s previous protests.
