National ( The cow news digital ) Aleema Khan, sister of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan, has claimed that delayed and inadequate medical treatment led to significant deterioration in his eye condition.

Speaking to media outside Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi, she stated that due to the absence of timely and proper medical care, the condition of Imran Khan’s eye has reportedly worsened by nearly 85 percent. She emphasized that access to appropriate diagnosis and treatment facilities is essential to understand the exact cause of the complication.

Aleema Khan added that according to information shared by Imran Khan with his legal counsel Sultan Safdar, there was initial improvement in his eye condition after the first medical intervention. However, she said the overall situation remains concerning and requires further specialized evaluation.

She further stressed that without a proper diagnosis, it is difficult to determine the root cause of the deterioration. She called for immediate medical attention and better healthcare facilities for the PTI founder, who has been incarcerated in multiple cases.

PTI spokesperson Niazullah Niazi also addressed the media, stating that Imran Khan is currently facing a large number of legal cases and remains in custody. He claimed that there has been no direct meeting with him for an extended period, raising concerns about restricted access.

According to the spokesperson, medical consultations and family visits are necessary to ensure proper care and transparency regarding his health condition. He also stated that legal documentation, including power of attorney papers, has not yet been fully signed, complicating ongoing legal proceedings.

Aleema Khan further alleged that the family is facing legal challenges and restrictions, including limited access to court premises and administrative barriers during visits. She said that despite these difficulties, the family intends to continue pursuing legal and constitutional means to seek relief.
