NATIONAL ( The cow news digital ) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Barrister Gohar has said that the party will accept the decisions of Mahmood Khan Achakzai, adding that any concerns or grievances on his part will be addressed through dialogue and reconciliation.
Speaking to the media, Barrister Gohar stated that he had not yet spoken to Mahmood Khan Achakzai regarding his absence from recent party gatherings. He emphasized that party founder Imran Khan has instructed the leadership to respect and follow Achakzai’s decisions within the party framework.
He further said that if Mahmood Khan Achakzai is upset over any internal matters, the leadership will attempt to resolve the issue through consultation and engagement. According to him, maintaining unity within the alliance and addressing internal differences remains a priority for the party.
Barrister Gohar also confirmed that he recently met PTI leader Sohail Afridi, although he did not disclose details of their discussion. However, party sources suggest that Afridi has been advised to take Mahmood Khan Achakzai into confidence regarding organizational and political matters.
Reports indicate that Mahmood Khan Achakzai had skipped participation in two recent PTI public gatherings, reportedly due to concerns about being excluded from key consultations. His absence has raised questions about internal coordination within the party’s broader political alliance.
Party insiders believe that efforts are now underway to restore confidence among key coalition figures and ensure their active participation in upcoming political activities. Leadership sources maintain that maintaining unity is essential, particularly in the current political environment where opposition parties are seeking greater coordination.
