According to PMD projections, the system is expected to weaken further into a standard low-pressure area within the next 12 hours as it passes close to regions in Sindh. Intermittent rain and thunderstorms are expected across Tharparkar, Umerkot, Sanghar, Hyderabad, and surrounding areas from this evening through August 2.
For Karachi, weather officials forecast warm conditions during the day, with light to moderate rainfall expected between the evening of August 1 and August 2. Heavy falls may occur in isolated suburban areas during this period.
