World ( The cow news digital ) Washington: US President Donald Trump has issued a strong warning to Iran, stating that Tehran will not be allowed to obtain nuclear weapons and suggesting that future military strikes cannot be ruled out if tensions continue to escalate.

In a statement posted on his social media platform Truth Social, President Trump accused Iran of “playing games” with the United States and the international community for decades. He claimed that Tehran has repeatedly delayed diplomatic progress while continuing to advance its strategic ambitions.

Trump said that Iran has been engaging in what he described as “delay tactics” for 47 years, adding that the country has consistently taken advantage of shifting global political conditions. He further argued that Iran gained significant strategic advantage during the presidency of former US President Barack Obama, whom he accused of adopting a soft stance toward Tehran.

According to Trump, the Obama administration enabled Iran to regain financial and political strength through major economic transactions. He referenced reports of large-scale monetary transfers and claimed that hundreds of billions of dollars, including a reported $1.7 billion cash payment, were sent to Iran during that period. These claims have been widely debated in political circles over the years.

The US President also criticized Iran’s leadership, alleging that previous American administrations allowed Tehran to benefit strategically. He described Iran as having taken advantage of what he called weak US leadership in the past.

Extending his criticism, Trump also referred to former President Joe Biden, calling his administration ineffective in dealing with Iran-related issues. He argued that successive US governments failed to prevent Iran from strengthening its regional position.

Trump further alleged that Iran was responsible for mass violence against civilians, citing a figure of 42,000 deaths in reference to anti-government unrest, although these claims remain unverified by independent international organizations.

Reiterating his hardline stance, Trump declared that Iran must never be allowed to develop nuclear weapons and insisted that the United States would secure Iran’s uranium-related materials. He also warned that military action remains an option, stating that “future strikes may be necessary” if Iran continues its current course.

The remarks come amid already heightened tensions between Washington and Tehran, with diplomatic channels remaining strained and international observers closely monitoring the situation for potential escalation.
