National ( The cow news digital ) The federal government has once again increased the prices of petroleum products across the country, according to an official notification issued by the Petroleum Division for July 24.
Under the latest notification, the price of petrol has been increased by Rs 4.40 per liter, bringing the new price to Rs 331.52 per liter. High-Speed Diesel (HSD) has also seen a price hike of Rs 3.62 per liter, taking its new rate to Rs 378.66 per liter.
This latest surge comes immediately after an earlier price adjustment announced just a day prior, where the government raised diesel by Rs 7.83 per liter and petrol by Rs 6.39 per liter. The consecutive hikes reflect mounting economic pressure on fuel prices, impacting consumers and transport sectors nationwide.
