According to Arab media reports, Iranian envoy Gholam Hossein Darzi conveyed Tehran’s position in a letter addressed to the president of the United Nations Security Council.
In the letter, the Iranian diplomat reportedly rejected what he described as unfounded allegations surrounding Iran’s nuclear activities. He argued that recent claims regarding the country’s nuclear programme were being presented for political purposes rather than on the basis of genuine technical concerns.
