PCB Revises Schedule for Tri-Nation Cricket Tournament

ISLAMABAD (The COW News Digital) The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced a revised schedule for the upcoming three-nation cricket tournament following changes to the remaining One-Day International (ODI) series against Sri Lanka. The tri-nation series will now be held entirely in Rawalpindi from November 18 to 29, 2025.

The participating teams in the tournament include Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Zimbabwe. Initially, the matches were scheduled across Rawalpindi and Lahore from November 17 to 29. PCB officials cited operational reasons and consultation with relevant cricket boards as the basis for the schedule revision.

Earlier, PCB had also revised the schedule of the remaining two ODI matches against Sri Lanka. According to the board, these matches will now take place on November 14 and 16, instead of the originally planned dates of November 13 and 15. The adjustment ensures adequate preparation time for players and smoother coordination of venues and logistics.

PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi confirmed the changes in a statement on social media, highlighting that the adjustments were made to maintain operational efficiency while providing fans with uninterrupted cricketing action. He emphasized that the board remains committed to ensuring a seamless and well-organized tournament experience for both players and supporters.
