Islamabad ( The cow news Digital ) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Barrister Goher strongly condemned recent attacks on Iran while urging Tehran to refrain from targeting other Muslim countries. Speaking to the media, he emphasized that regional stability and the protection of Muslim nations should remain a priority.
Barrister Goher stated that PTI has already expressed its position regarding regional security, highlighting that Pakistan’s enemies are often linked to terrorist activities. He stressed that Afghanistan should not be used as a proxy by foreign powers and called for responsible diplomatic engagement.
“We strongly condemn attacks on Iran and also urge Iran not to target Muslim countries. Our party has formally requested Tehran to exercise restraint,” Goher said. He criticized the government for briefing select leaders instead of updating the National Assembly, arguing that transparency and accountability are essential in regional decision-making.

On domestic issues, Goher highlighted the importance of implementing all 14 points of the National Action Plan. He claimed that India is currently supporting anti-Pakistan activities from Afghanistan and accused Indian consulates of facilitating terrorism under diplomatic cover.
Addressing the country’s energy situation, he criticized the government for mismanagement of fuel stocks, which he says contributed to rising petrol prices. “If the government maintained adequate petrol reserves, such crises could have been avoided. Reduce extravagant spending and focus on essential governance,” he urged. He also criticized the discontinuation of net metering policies and stressed the need for practical solutions to energy challenges.
Goher also spoke about the pending release of PTI’s founding leader, noting that delays in judicial proceedings have prevented justice from being served. “The High Court has been approached multiple times without success. Families are waiting outside; legal access must be ensured,” he added.
Overall, Barrister Goher’s statements reaffirm PTI’s call for regional peace, domestic accountability, and adherence to national security policies. He urged both domestic and regional actors to act responsibly to prevent further instability and to prioritize diplomacy over conflict.
