National ( The cow news digital ) The Jamiat Ahle Hadith Pakistan has strongly condemned the use of armed politics and violent methods in response to recent activities linked with the Joint Action Committee in Azad Kashmir, reiterating that all political and social disputes must be resolved through constitutional and democratic means.
Speaking on the matter, Jamiat Ahle Hadith Pakistan President Allama Hisham Elahi Zaheer emphasized that any form of violence, armed resistance, or confrontation against the state, the armed forces, or national institutions is unacceptable under any circumstances. He stressed that political engagement must remain within the framework of law and the constitution.
He stated that sustainable solutions to public grievances can only be achieved through peaceful political struggle and constructive dialogue rather than force or coercion. According to him, reliance on aggressive tactics or group-based pressure only contributes to instability and uncertainty within society.
Allama Hisham Elahi Zaheer further said that the organization firmly rejects all forms of militant politics and condemns any actions that promote unrest or disorder. He warned that incitement and mobilization through violent means weaken social harmony and damage the credibility of legitimate political discourse.
He also urged the leadership of the Joint Action Committee to act responsibly and avoid steps that could escalate tensions in the region. He maintained that the issues of Azad Kashmir should be addressed through meaningful dialogue and within the constitutional framework of Pakistan.
Highlighting the broader Kashmir issue, he said that its foundation lies in the right to self-determination and the will of the people. However, he cautioned that violent or provocative actions risk undermining the very cause they claim to support.
He added that slogans or sentiments against Pakistan cannot be supported under any circumstances, emphasizing that the relationship between Pakistan and Kashmir is rooted in history, emotion, and sacrifice.
Allama Hisham Elahi Zaheer concluded by stressing that national unity, stability, and responsibility are essential for the country’s progress. He said that while differences of opinion are part of democratic societies, they must always be expressed within the bounds of law and constitutional order.
He reiterated that any attempt to create unrest or act against national interests would not be tolerated, calling for unity, patience, and collective responsibility for the strengthening of Pakistan.
