NATIONAL( The cow news digital ) Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar has stated that Pakistan will not compromise on its sovereignty and will give a decisive response to any Indian aggression. He made these remarks during a press conference in Islamabad, addressing regional security concerns and recent political developments.
Tarar said that a year has passed since the alleged Pahalgam “false flag operation,” yet India has failed to present any credible evidence to support its claims. He argued that the absence of proof raises serious questions about the official Indian narrative surrounding the incident.
He added that the case has drawn attention from international media, civil society, political analysts, and think tanks, many of whom have also raised concerns over inconsistencies in India’s position. According to him, Indian media has largely promoted what he described as a fabricated narrative without presenting substantial or verifiable evidence.
The minister alleged that India’s media ecosystem has played a role in escalating tensions by spreading misinformation and creating a war-like atmosphere. He claimed that such reporting has been widely discredited internationally.
Referring to the broader regional context, Tarar said that Kashmir remains an internationally recognized dispute, but India continues to label it as an internal matter. He accused New Delhi of selectively framing domestic and external issues to suit its political objectives.
He also alleged human rights violations against minorities in India, particularly Muslims, stating that extremist ideologies have contributed to the erosion of minority rights. He further referred to reports involving Sikh leaders abroad, claiming links to state-backed activities, although these allegations have not been independently verified.
Tarar asserted that Pakistan possesses what he described as credible evidence of Indian involvement in destabilizing activities within the country. He mentioned several incidents, including attacks such as the Jaffar Express and the Khuzdar incident, claiming foreign involvement, and said this evidence has been shared with the international community at various levels.
