World ( The cow news digital ) Rights group Amnesty International has revealed that India supplied military arms, ammunition, and components to Israel during the ongoing war in Gaza, despite clear risks that the hardware would be used in violations against Palestinians.

According to a detailed report by the human rights organization, India has developed a lucrative partnership with the Israeli defense sector, embedding itself into key supply chains that sustain Israeli military operations.

Amnesty researchers analyzed 2,596 shipments dispatched from India to Israel following October 7, 2023. The cargo included arms, heavy ammunition, drone warheads, artillery shell components, and specialized parts for military vehicles.

Data compiled by the organization indicates that Indian entities exported at least 390,516 parts for small arms, over 564,970 components for explosive weapons—including drone warheads and artillery shells—and nearly 300 parts for military vehicles directly to Israeli defense suppliers, who subsequently funneled them to the Israeli military.

Calling for an immediate halt to all arms exports from India to Israel, Amnesty International’s Secretary General stated that transferring arms under current conditions constitutes a violation of the Geneva Conventions.
