According to official reports, individual applications will be accepted until January 25, 2026. Following this, non-profit organizations will be able to submit their applications starting January 28, with a three-day window provided for submission. The Presidency emphasized that applicants must carefully review the regulations issued by the authority before preparing and submitting their applications.
